How Cayuga Web Studio handles information submitted through this website.
Information you provide
When you send a project inquiry, the site collects the details shown in the form, including your name, business name, contact information, current website, project goal, approximate budget, and timing.
How the information is used
Inquiry information is used to evaluate and reply to your request, ask relevant follow-up questions, and keep a reasonable business record of the conversation. It is not sold to other companies.
Email delivery and hosting
The contact form uses an email delivery provider to route your message to Cayuga Web Studio. The website host may also process ordinary technical logs needed to operate and protect the site. Those providers handle data under their own service terms.
Analytics and cookies
The launch version does not use advertising pixels, session replay, or cross-site profiling. The private content editor uses essential authentication cookies for authorized access.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry messages may be retained for normal business follow-up and recordkeeping. You may request deletion of your inquiry by emailing hello@cayugawebstudio.com, subject to any information that must be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
